These are good quality eye gel masks. I keep one in the fridge at all times. I use it just about every morning. It really is effective in taking away any eye puffiness and wakes you up. When it is cold, out of the fridge, it feels so nice! These do not leak at all. The size is great & they are easy to use. They are very comfortable. I recommend trying these, you will like them!

great cooling power and stays on until you take it off. I put this in fridge in cooler where I store meat. NOT IN FREEZER IT GETS TOO COLD AND WILL BURN FACE.

It's less than ideal for therapy of the eyes' oil and water glands and tear ducts.Bought this for my wife, 5'4", ladies' small hat size. The mask goes from ear canal to ear canal, covers her entire forehead and most of her cheeks. The hook-n-loop fastener won't make the strap short enough for her head size; I had to pinch some strap material in clips to shorten it. She refused it and went back to her bag of warm rice.Disappointed, I made a quick trip to our local pharmacy to get a proper, but way overpriced, therapeutic mask.The permanent cloth backing eliminates the need to use your own cloth between eye and warm plastic, It's unwashable (in the sense of getting it hygienically clean, but you can put soap and water on it if you like). It's therefore unhygienic to share with family members. I suggest the maker eliminate this backing and reduce their costs, thus reducing the price we pay.I don't need the eye therapy at the moment but I can put this to use for myself sometime in the future. I wear a men's hat size L 7 1/2 if that helps anyone gauge the fit. If I find myself headed to a UPS drop-off in the next 30 days and haven't used this, I'll return it. Otherwise it goes to the back of the med cabinet for my future use.
