We've had three of these now. One got in the laundry so fair enough that one died. One still works. But the other one doesn't really want to charge or hold its charge anymore so we get barely the low level of heat on the high heat setting from that one and have to charge it every time.However, I'm still going to buy another one because it's literally perfect. You just press a button and you get heat on your eyes for about 20 minutes. Choose from two levels of temperature. It's cordless, fits well, stays on, not bukly... pretty much perfect! I'll see how the 4th one goes. :)

I think I’m going to really like this heated eye mask. If the quality of the washable cover is any indication of the quality of its other components, it should be a winner. It covers the mask completely, fits precisely on closed with a well installed hidden zipper. Easy to use; one button seems to do it all - on-off, charge indicator, and temp selection High/low. I set it at high and it came to high temp in almost no time. I will be using this to help improve the circulation of the oil glands in my eyelids as a replacement for microwave masks often prescribed for dry eyes. I think the advantage to this self-heating mask is the constancy of the heat level. It doesn’t cool down until it turns off automatically after 20 minutes.

UPDATE AFTER 1.5 YEARS: Battery is starting to die. It will only hold a full charge for 1 use, then needs to be charged again. Steady use for first few months, now only occasional use as needed. Great product, just wish battery lasted longer.* * *I was having issues with burning eyes, so my eye doctor recommended a warm compress for 10 minutes every morning. I felt this product would be more convenient than a wet compress or microwaving a compress. I keep this on my bedside table. Easy!I’ve had this mask for 4 months and love it. My burning dry issue is gone. I only use the highest heat setting and that is hot enough for me. I just charge it after every other 20-minute use. It’s soft and comfortable. My daughter likes to use it to fall asleep too!

While the battery lasted, this mask did what it is supposed to pretty well. After about 10 charges, it stopped holding a charge. It still worked when plugged in for about 6 months, but I ended up throwing it away when it stopped working entirely. 8 months is all it lasted, but really 3-4 months was the limit for the battery. I would not recommend this brand because of that.

Firstly, I will say that this mask was very comfortable. Charging was convenient, as was the fact that it is cordless during use. It did get fairly warm, at first.However, the heat rapidly drops noticeably (within just a few minutes it is definitely not as warm) even at high temp setting. It then maintains at an acceptable heat level, if not really as warm as I wanted for full relief of my dry eye condition.It automatically shuts off after 20 minutes, which is inconveniently short, but again, more or less acceptable (and this may be all that some people need or want). Upon reactivation, it heats again quickly, and maintains at the same less-than-ideal-but-warm-enough level for another 20 minutes. For a few weeks, maybe.Out of the box, the longest that I ever got out of it was 3, 20 minute cycles for a total of 60 minutes. This is obviously considerably less than the claim of 100 minutes. By 60 minutes, it is really not warm enough for my needs, and then that's it for the couple of hours that it takes to recharge.At the advice of my eye doctor, I used this first thing in the morning and last thing before sleep. At first, despite the inconvenience of having to start it every 20 minutes, and the fact that 100 minutes would have been much more helpful for me, it helped my eye conditions noticeably.But, within a couple of weeks, the battery capacity was significantly diminished. It wouldn't stay as warm, and it wouldn't work for three full 20 minute cycles. This continued to get worse and worse, and after less than 3 months, it barely heats for 5-10 minutes after charging for several hours. In fact, the USB port actually stopped seating properly, so getting any kind of charge on it whatsoever required literally holding it in my hands to maintain the connection. And then I was getting maybe 10 minutes of insipid heat.Definitely not worth the price. Had it continued to work as it did out of the box, I would have considered the downsides to be acceptable. But this is essentially a disposable product, and only really works as it did when new, for a few weeks.I should mention that I am very gentle and careful with my belongings. Particularly items such as this.

Had two of these, loved them, great design, but keep wearing out (will no longer hold charge) so am trying another brand.

I have never had an eye mask prior to this one. I bought it after seeing an eye doctor on utube talk about how nice they were. It has been a game changer for me. I especially love wearing it when the room is cold and I enjoy the heat from the mask. I fall asleep so much faster when I use it. It turns itself off and if I wake up during the night it is so easy to turn it back on without taking the mask off. It does come off when I roll around in bed but I don’t see that as a problem. The strap is adjustable, I just prefer mine fairly loose. I am totally happy with this mask. The material is so soft on my face.

I have fatigue eyes working on the systems most part of the day, so bought this and got amazed positively. On my first use, I had to charge it with USB cable provided and while winding up my day on bed I put it on, and it put me to sleep like a breeze! Woke up later to take it off, though good part it auto shuts off after 20mins. Another nice thing about it is, I tried putting eye belt over a bright sunny afternoon, and it completely darks out the eyes from sunlight (which impedes on my sleep). I love it to put-on bright light day to relax and take a power nap. I loved it!On flip side, its little heavier and heats moderately though wish can be little more warmer to soothe tired eyes.
