So far so good. It's very basic! Beaut though, very thin, low reflection, good in low to high light, sturdy stand and comes with mountable ready with the design in the back. To smart-ify it use a chrome cast or roku. Got this as a gift with these things in mine: big print, great picture, big loud sound, quality options, easy to use menu, very simple, no microphone, no apps, no smart features. It does have a Samsung app you can link to play things from your personal device but you don't have to link it or connect it to the internet. If you do connect it to the net, all that will be available is YouTube. The remote is small and is kind of like a mouse. It's hard to mess it up but occasionally you may forget how to control the volume, left and right is back/fast forward and volume is up and down. If you want to elder-ify it use like a sharpie, highlighter, or colored tape to label. It's almost impossible to see the remotes buttons in the dark. People also call this a "dumb tv" or "non-smart" TV. About the best value for the quality.

Before buying download Samsung business tv app and see if it is even able to design the signs. The iOS devices phone n iPads won't load pictures but you can edit the templates. On the chrome devices it loads the pictures but u can't see the template and if using the more than one image templates you can't eve get to the edit edit aspect... your account doesn't save the devices so what ever device yo log into it only saves on that device or I would use one device to upload and one to edit.... frustrating but after 2 days and multiple devices needless to say this was a waste of time and getting returned.

Used for our business to display advertising. Works great with great picture quality.

I bought this because I wanted a "dumb" TV, but it's a little too dumb: standard adjustment features are missing from the software and it has less inputs than my old set. The function to switch between input sources is also overly complicated and annoying. Worse, the picture has terrible blacks. The images are milky and washed out, even with optimized brightness and contrast settings. Too much bleed. I should have done more research and spent more money. Disappointed.

It was hard to find a television that doesn’t spy on you. This one doesn’t.

So far I am loving this TV. It was very easy to set and spoiler alert to up the volume you use your thumbnail to push the + button up. Think flick not push! Loving this item.

From the amazon reviews and the specification for this TV. It was billed as a non-smart TV. Turns out it is a smart TV. What's up with that?

Arrived on time and undamaged. Found to be fully functional. I’ve been holding off on buying a new TV for years because I don’t want a “smart” TV. I don’t want/need yet another company soaking up my data. I have an external device from a company that already has all of my data (the devil you know), that’s easily replaceable if it gets old and slow. I just want a 4k UHD screen, without the bloat, to meet the output capabilities of my gadgets. If that’s you also, this TV is about as close as you’re going to get, and still be 4k UHD and HDR. Games and video look fantastic.
