I already take magnesium to help me sleep, so I was excited to find this powder mix to sip on as a drink before bed. Unfortunately, they didn't live up to my expectations. The flavor is almost completely absent, so I just ended up just gulping it down instead. The magnesium content is low compared to recommended daily value, and I didn't find the same quality of sleep that I usually experience with traditional magnesium supplements. I know everyone responds to things differently, but these did not make me feel calm.On the plus side, they are easy to use. You just cut open the packet and dissolve it in some water. The price isn't bad at less than $1 per day, but I didn't find them effective and won't be reordering.

I ordered these packets, and I'm happy with them. There are 30 servings in a packet, and it's just a powder in each pouch that you mix with water. When mixing it with water, there isn't any fizz and it mixes easily. There honestly really isn't much of a taste at all, which is a plus for me because I don't want something strong and actually have negative effects and pain if there are strong artificial or real sugar ingredients as well as acidic things. I drink calming drinks with magnesium every single night for years, and the strong ones I just can't do. I didn't realize when I ordered this that there is vitamin D in it because I supplement which means I can't when I take this since there is 250% in it. I've actually had high levels before so I have to be careful about this since it's not good to have too high or too low. I feel like it helped me with my before bed routine to help me wind down. If I mix it with too much water that could cause me to get up in the middle of the night. I'm not sure if this is more helpful than what I typically use since there are too many factors affecting my body most days such as space weather that is poppin lately. I feel all those things since I feel energy, and it's almost impossible to accurately assess something like this because of all that skewing the results. So, I will continue taking it, and stop using my d vitamins while I do it, thank you.

Zero flavor with a chalky supplement-like texture. Not for me.

I would rate this product higher stars if I believed it had what it claims to have in it but I'm very familiar with what ashwagandha, theanine, and magnesium glycinate taste like on their own and even in the small doses shown on the label of this drink mix, I would wager this mix has next to none of the listed active ingredients, definitely not in an effective potency.One packet of this mix is so mild in flavor that even the citric acid is not that strong or tart. I can taste the fruit flavor and that's about all I'm getting. It certainly doesn't seem effective.Ashwagandha, theanine, and mag glycinate do affect our stress levels, ability to relax, and so on but this drink mix? I'm guessing it's just a money making scheme. That's my honest review having used many, many similar products. You're paying for a bit of beet-colored fruit flavoring powder.

I ordered this mostly for the "calm and focus" aspects of it. I've been high strung lately and need to chill out! So I was hoping to get a little help from this. I've been drinking it daily and I do think I've been a bit more chill, but my life situation has also shifted, so it makes it hard to say if the change is a result of this product or just my present situation. I will say, I am disappointed that there is NO flavor. It claims to be raspberry lemonade, and it does turn the water pink. But it is flavorless. Which is sad because I was really looking forward to the raspberry lemonade!

We are not using it for sleep, but for calm in tense situations during the day. I have noticed a marked difference in a situation that very well could have gone differently without this powder.It's easy to keep in my handbag for unexpected anxious moments. It can be used in a small amount of water for a more bold taste, or add it to a water bottle for a more mild flavor.

I wanted something healthy to sip on while I work. This checked that box (0 grams of sugar and the proclaimed benefit of calmness). However, it had a very light almost watery taste even though I put it in the suggested 8 ounces of water. It also took 5-10 min for the powder to break up (as seen in picture).
