Comfortable… but gave me headaches
I really wanted to love this pillow based on the great reviews, but unfortunately, it didn’t work out for me. The material and design feel high quality, and I can see how it might help some people with neck pain — but for me, I actually started waking up with headaches and stiffness after a few nights of use.I think the shape didn’t match the natural curve of my neck, and it may have tilted my head slightly in a way that caused tension. I tried both height options, but neither felt quite right. That said, the memory foam is soft yet supportive, and the cover is breathable and easy to wash — so I can see the appeal. It just didn’t fit my body type or sleeping style. If you're someone who’s sensitive to pillow height or has a flatter sleep posture, just be cautious. Everyone’s neck alignment needs are different.

Good for backsleeper, not so much for sidesleeper.
The comfortable feeling is real! The soft touch is a bonus. The only reason I give 4 stars is.... that I wish it was a bit higher/taller.My husband has broad shoulder and he likes to sleep on his side. The pillow, despite its comfortable feeling, is a bit low for side sleeper who has wide shoulders. The head feels like it floats in the air and there is a gap between the head and the pillow. When you sleep on your back, it's very comfortable and good.

Didn't work for me...
I was looking for a pillow that could improve my quality of sleep and purchased this due to the generally favorable ratings. The first couple of nights I used this pillow, I barely slept at all. The pillow has a concave design meant to cradle your head, and the memory foam looks like it would be firm and comfortable. However, I sleep exclusively on my right side, and I believe this pillow would be more helpful for people who sleep on their backs. I continued using the pillow for ten restless nights before ditching it and going back to my conventional pillows. I simply found this pillow uncomfortable and could not get used to it. If you are a side sleeper, you should probably pass on this.

Good for side sleepers
If you are a side sleeper, this would be perfect for you. This helped my neck pain more nights than not, but not every single night. I think for someone that is interested in a firm but still soft pillow this would be perfect. But for me I need a pillow that keeps my head completely in place and doesn’t allow it to move side to side. Overall I am sleeping better and pain free more nights than before.

Not the same as before
I bought the same exact pillow from the same company last year. I absolutely loved it! No neck pain, just the right support, even took it with me when traveling. It was starting to flatten a bit so I bought a new one. I literally went to my orders and clicked buy again. This one is not the same. It isn’t even shaped the same. It’s very flat with no support at all. I gave it time to puff but very little happened. I’ve slept on it for three nights and my neck is so bad I can hardly move it. I’m so bummed.

Comfortable
This is my second pillow. My first was worn slap out. They are comfortable & supportive. Good for back and even side sleepers. My only complaint is the gray material on the sides snags & shreds like a pair of ladies nylons. Fingernails etc. will get caught and possibly ripped on the material. Not sure if made from polyester or what, but wish the manufacturer would fix this annoying issue, and use a better cloth.

Not Firm and Grew Mold
Not as firm as I thought it was going to be. It did help my neck and shoulder pain, but also grew mold on the pillowcase :(

Would not recommend
UPDATE: An additional 30+ days have passed since my initial review. I'm changing from a 4 star to a 3 star for the following: the memory foam has flattened out and no longer provides the shape and support as new. I, also, don't like that the manufacturer mailed a form for me to fill out to get an Amazon credit for providing a review. Personally, I don't really trust reviews that have been "bought.". Just something to keep in mind when reading any incentivized review. I will say, it was possible to get this pillow for "free" when I purchased, so you could potentially get your money back, but BOTTOM LINE - I would not recommend this pillow based solely on performance and durability.I have given this pillow a solid 30 days before writing this review. It seems well made and did not have the typical memory foam smell. It took me about a week to get used to the change from a standard pillow to the memory foam. This pillow does alleviate arthritic stiffness and tech neck strain, but if I my head alignment is off (when laying on my back) just the slightest bit my arms do fall asleep and it will actually contribute more pain so extra attention to how you settle into it is required. However, I find that sleeping on my side with this pillow is amazingly comfortable. The raised edges on the side of the pillow support the space between my shoulders and neck, offering a tremendous amount of relief. I have tried other similar pillows in the past but this one seems to be the best, so far. I do think the shape of the pillow could be improved - the profile of the neck support is too steep and perhaps should be dual sided, meaning a lower profile offered on the opposite side (I have found this design with other pillows, but the foam was of lower quality and had the classic foam smell). This feature could help with people learning to use a foam pillow, too - start small and gradually increase the profile as you become acclimated to the posture correction. For now, this pillow is a keeper and I would recommend it, but it's not the game changer for me that other reviewers have expressed. I'm still looking for "the one."
