It is not HP approved, but it works fine. I was offered a refund but refused it a it works.
Althought it works fine, every time I start my laptop, I get an error that says it is not an HP approved battery, it is a shame otherwise it is probably OK.I have now been using it for a few weeks and it works fine.I was offered a refund as I was somewhat dissatisifed but I have refused it as it seems to be OK.I thank the seller therefore for the offer of a refund, but I have said no thanks.

Excellent customer service
Soon after installing the battery i discovered that it had an inherent fault, as it wouldn't hold it's charge. The supplier had no control over that, and they responded straight away via the Amazon review link. They couldn't have been more helpful and concerned, and determined to supply a replacement battery as quickly as possible. Full marks for service and customer satisfaction.
