after my old camera died after three years, I purchased two other cameras that had decent reviews and return both because they were constantly off-line and there was no way to do anything unless you were home to fix it. There wasn’t anything wrong with the Wi-Fi connection or anything they just kept going off-line, hich kind of defeats the purpose of having a camera to check on your pets. Both of those cameras, the Cinnado and Galayou use the app Wansview and we’re a waste of time. This one however, has been amazing!! Being 3K, the resolution is really really good and I’m very satisfied with the fact that he hasn’t gone off-line once in the week that I’ve had it. Very reliable so far and I would definitely recommend this one over some of the less expensive options I tried. It seems like maybe this price point and above might be a little better quality for the money.

These are good when they are working. For some reason one of them keeps going offline and this is every day. I'm in constant contact with their customer service (I guess that's who these people are). So far at this present date (3/5/25) they have not been helpful to me in fixing this issue. I know I'm past the return date. I would truly be nice if I can get a new camera. I'm only having issues with one. I purchased these so I can keep an eye on my mom while I'm at work. What good are they if they do not serve their purpose. I gave it 3 stars because they were very simple to set u and use and I actually like them. It's just I do believe that I received a defective camera.Today is Monday April 14th; Hugolog has replaced my defective camera and so far it has been working well. I really do appreciate the customer service. They stayed in touch me almost weekly working with me to fix the issue. I must say Hugolog was determined to remedy my camera issue. When all else has failed, they just replaced the camera. Hugolog, thank you.

I was my husband’s caregiver in his final months of life and this brought me peace of mind knowing I could always keep my eye on him. I loved how it connected to my phone so at those times I’d fall asleep or be in a different room it would alert me anytime he moved. It was a great addition to his care.

So I've been sitting on my review until I fully got to experience and use my camera. However, what experience i do have with it, as I haven't used it for an extended period of time. I will like to say I absolutely love the functionality of the settings, everything is easy to control and use, it's not difficult at all. The screen displays the controls and is so effective and easy to maneuver through it. You have to plug it in in order for it to turn on so the Battery life is as long as it's plugged up. I don't have the cloud storage yet but I intend to get it so I can review videos. It seems you need the cloud in order to review movements. I tried to record to my memory card which you can, but if I'm understanding the product correctly you can't view when the camera detects movements you need the storage. Unless I'm not using it correctly and you can view them without the cloud it's not evident. There is a screen for messages that detects movement and it's a still shot but when you click on it you can't view it as a video just a screen shot of the movement detection. I would of gave it a 10 out of 10 if I didn't need the cloud for that. But I guess thats how they sell you the cloud. Overall the picture quality is very nice really great, even at night vision I love it its really crystal clear. The noise detection it works great becareful of feed back of you review that and you're close by the camera the sound is unbearable to the ears as it rings the alarm lol.

We previously were using a Blink camera (it was gifted to us) as a camera for our toddler to ensure he would sleep well through out the night. We quickly learned we needed to find another camera as the Blink would make a noise as well as illuminate half of the room. We accidentally stumbled upon this gem of a system.The quality is literally pristine. We purchased the cheapest option and it still supersedes name brand high end versions. My son never knows we are spying on him, so we love watching him while he is sleeping. It is small enough that it does not interfere with anything else in his room. We mounted it to the wall and the set up was a breeze on the app. Honestly, we almost spent $300 on a camera system and instead bought this to test it out and for $30 we are now so in love with the system that we are planning of setting up cameras around our house using this brand.Don't think twice. Buy this camera!

This was very easy to set up. It connected to my wifi right away and was ready to be used within a couple minutes (reading the instructions was the longest part lol) I have it to watch my cat throughout the day and went I'm gone over night. I like that I can't hear and speak to my cat as well. It covers a large area and you can move the angle of the camera via the app on your phone. The quality of the picture is great. The only downside (which may not be to all) is that you have to pay for a subscription if you was video stored or you need to purchase an SD card. That isn't a huge down side really as those aren't expensive but could be a drawback to someone. Great camera for a various uses, security, kids, cats etc.
