So I got this on the 19th of April and it is now the 7th of May. Today was the day that I noticed a significant difference in my mental health. I have been feeling very off for months and months. No ambition, no energy, and just feeling like a shell of a person. Which is the complete opposite of who I have always been. I will be 43 next month and I know I am in perimenopause. Super fun. I’ve just ordered my second bottle of this. I feel like this has improved my joint health, primarily when waking in the mornings… my back doesn’t feel stiff. I also feel that my energy level is improved.There’s no foul smell to the supplements, capsules aren’t giant or hard to swallow.
