Great little machine! I used it to make snow cones for my son's classroom (15 kids) and it was a great hit! The machine works as expected and shaves the ice quick, just have to keep refilling the top with more ice cubes so you don't run out of saved ice!

The media could not be loaded. I bought this machine for the retro look and it does look great. Color is nice and bright.The machine seems sturdy and is very easy to use. It does work well and quickly, if you let your ice cubes warm up a bit.the shaved ice is the right size, nice thickness and texture.The side door is really convenient but is very hard to open.The machine comes with 2 plastic cups and 1 scooper.Safe to use thanks to the lock mechanism. BUT the side door can be opened while the machine is working which is not safe so i do not recommend kids using it without supervision.Note that the ice cubes need to not be too cold for the machine to work which is a bit annoying but not a show stopper for me. This is actually explained in the manual.The manual also recommends to use the machine 3min and then let it cool down for 5min. Not an issue for me so far as i only made small quantities.

We’ve tried all kinds of syrups, and it holds up great with everything from classic cherry to mango chamoy.What I really appreciate is how sturdy and well-made it feels compared to others I’ve tried in the past. It’s not overly loud, and it shaves ice fast enough to keep everyone happy and cooled off.Highly recommend this if you’re looking to bring a little extra fun (and relief from the heat) to your summer!

Works perfectly!! If you need a snow cone machine, this is it!!! Was soooo good and easy to use!

First off, I've gotta say that I love this product. It was loud, but not so loud that it woke my 2 year old up from his nap. It looks cute and made beautiful snow fairly quickly.Just a couple of cons that are more personal preference than actual cons..1. The machine starts shaving the ice when you twist the top into its lock position. There are no buttons or switches, it just automatically starts crushing. I'd prefer it if there were a switch to turn it on once the lid was in position because my kids always want to help, and they can't put the lid on themselves.2. The chamber to put ice in can only hold about a cup of ice at a time once the lid is on, but the chamber for snow can hold quite a bit more shaved ice than that. This means that I have to keep opening the lid, adding ice, and closing the lid to make more than one snow cone. It's not difficult, just a bit annoying.3. The door that opens for you to scoop the ice shaving from the chamber isn't very big. It's fine for putting the scoop straight in and pulling it straight out, but it makes it a little tricky to get the ice out of the corners and in front of the ledge just below the door because to do this, you need to turn the scoop sideways and it's tight quarters.All in all these are really picky complaints. Welove the snow cone machine and are happy we purchased it.
